Sarah Finch has almost two decades working as a coach, facilitator and speaker to help leaders at all levels be successful. She believes that the best leaders find the right mix of expertise, engagement and empathy in order to empower their teams to succeed.
Her career has taken her from leading improv-based corporate learning programs with The Second City theatre, to building cause-driven leaders making a difference in their communities with the YMCA, to developing software company executive and high potential leaders with Vista Consulting Group, the consulting arm of Vista Equity Partners.
While working with the YMCA, she was certified in through their internal coaching process, and then subsequently developed, facilitated and trained future YMCA coaches. As a coach, she has over 500 hours of coaching experience working with individuals from early career to C-Suite in support of their individual development, specific challenges, and career path. Sarah is very experienced in coaching through assessment results including leadership 360s. She is a certified provider and coach for Insights Discovery and EQi. Sarah is also an accomplished conference speaker having spoken from the main stage to conference audiences across the country.
In her roles with various organizations, she has been fortunate to have facilitated hundreds of training programs with leaders at Fortune 500 business, non-profits, and government agencies including Deloitte, GE Healthcare, McKinsey, Major League Baseball, Kraft, Farmer’s Insurance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Abbott Labs, Cisco, Accenture, Harley Davidson, the IRS and many others.
Aside from her passion for leadership development, Sarah also has expertise in change management, organizational health, executive team effectiveness and presentation skills.
Sarah holds a BS in Performance Studies from Northwestern University and an MA in Educational Theatre from New York University.
